  I've been a patient since 2009. We've worked with various products and over time we've found what products, areas and amounts are needed for the results I'm looking for...once found they are able to give me consistent results. I've never waited long for an appointment, everyone is warm and friendly, any questions I may have get answered, they take great care to make you as comfortable as possible for each procedure and to top it off you get great results! Need I say more...?

  I most recently laser that left me blistered permanently scarred and burned due to malfunction of their machine. Also 4 years ago I had IPL facial laser for brown spots the laser tech slipped and layered off my eyebrow which never returned to normal which there are limited options for laser in maui so I yes, returned BUT let them know of my concerns with their laser each time. They have refused to take responsibility for their actions and insisting its normal to be left blistered and permantly scarred and will not respond to my emails. I have emailed over 10 times with no response. I also have had laser many many many times in my life and know the process and risks involved. I was left to fly to mainland to see my plastic surgeon to correct permanent scarring. I accept that with laser situations happen but to have this many situations happen is unacceptable and completely unacceptable to not respond to your clients after such a horrible situation. And forced to pay to be permanently scarred for life.
