  A disaster! I will NEVER use this vet again. I called and made an appointment weeks in advance to have my two birds examined and given a health certificate for travel (must be done within ten days of departure). I called 20 minutes before the appointment time, with my husband already halfway to Kihei from Haiku with our birds, to tell them we were on our way. They told me oh, sorry, we had to cancel that appointment. There was NO NOTICE given to us and worse, the staff, from the tech to the manager were not the slightest bit apologetic - they were only interested in giving truly lame excuses, and had a defensive, rude attitude. They took NO responsibilty for the disaster they caused in our scheduling and I still cannot understand how a supposedly professional vet establishment can be not only so incompetent but also so rude and oblivious to their own incompetence. Choose a different vet.
