- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I could not believe how much this place did not want to help us. We came in right at 8, the opening hour, and the sour lady at the front desk started by telling us they wouldn't take our insurance and visits start at over $100 but we could just go to the hospital (what!). I told her, "No problem, we can pay cash and bill the insurance ourselves." Then she said, "Well we can't see you until 9." I looked around the empty office and mentioned that I had called and it said they opened at 8. She told me, "Well, he isn't here." There was no sorry, no explanation, no friendly or sympathetic note. Just that they would charge us cash and we'd have to wait. Then she told us to just go to another office! Fortunately, the other place was fantastic, billed out insurance for us, and took care of us right away. I have never been to a medical facility that cared less about a patient than the Urgent Care Maui in Kihei.December 30, 2016by Courtney Lopez
