  This does not even warrant a 1 star. HORRIBLE experience still going on since August. Gave them $144, and I have received nothing. Numerous phone calls and emails. Absolutely no response. DO NOT TRUST

  So apparently this place is out of business. You can't even get on their website anymore. I ordered from this website because of the outstanding reviews August 21st, it is now Sept 18th and like everyone else recent reviews I was ripped off. They even sent me a tracking number and it never was shipped. E-mailed, called etc. Retired and on a fixed income and now my poor little dog is suffering without meds because I can't afford to order from somewhere else until my next SS check. I know a lot of people are out a lot of money, however my heart goes out to the poor animals that are suffering because of this company. A company called National Animal Hospital a place that is suppose to help animals.. I will copy and paste on every site that has this name on it. At least the website is no longer there so no one else will fall victim to this horrible scam.

  Great at first but now terrible. My dog was off meds for a week and I had to go elsewhere. Meanwhile they took my $200 for my order and delivered the meds. No one will return my many emails and it's impossible to get them in the phone. It has been over a month of no responses and no refund. Terrible business.
